BGEA_MID5 to conclude 12/31/2015

We've been notified by the ministry that Momento Decisivo (Spanish version of Decision Minute) will conclude distribution on December 31, 2015.  The English release, BGEA_DMP5 Decision Minute, is NOT affected and WILL CONTINUE in 2016.
